I know, because she told me.
Someone reading this doesn’t feel worthy of calling herself a “business owner,” yet she keeps showing up with grit and determination.
I know, because she told me.
Someone reading this is done with the red tape and bureaucracy of the corporate world. I know because women are starting businesses at unprecedented rates, not as *tiny little side gigs,* but as full-blown, change-the-world, upend the status quo businesses.
Whatever the reason for starting YOUR business, I’m cheering loud. Some nights I can’t sleep from the excitement I feel for you and for our growing sisterhood.
Women owned businesses are on the rise. It’s time we champion all women entrepreneurs, especially minorities, who are redefining the trajectory of small business. Foremost, women entrepreneurs need relevant resources that speak to their unique life circumstances.
Providing resources that fit a woman’s lifestyle is my mission.

My entrepreneurial story
My heart was set on entrepreneurship when I was 7 years old taking a free sign language course at the local library. I came home, used my mom’s photocopier, and charged my neighborhood girl gang to take the same course from me (my sisterhood showed up BIG for me then, too). Since then, I can’t help but see opportunity all around us.
Entrepreneurship runs in my blood. My parents were entrepreneurs and I saw my dad, scrappy as they come, wear the CEO hat…and the marketing, janitor, service provider, and admin assistant hats, too.
I saw my mom, every week, sit down to the payroll, making sure their hardworking employees were paid. That lit my burning passion for entrepreneurship. My future was headed toward entrepreneurship, too, I could feel it in my bones from a young age.
I left my MBA program with the goal to start a high end day spa. God had different plans. Since then, I’ve launched three successful businesses and professionally mentored countless women to also start the dream in their hearts through modern business savvy.
