Founding Females Mastermind

You can sit with us. We’re women running independent businesses that are through the ‘proof of concept’ phase of business (this just means we have regular and consistent customers and predictable revenue).

Most of us run our businesses full time, although for some members, that means three days of work and four days of “freedom.”

Our values include inclusivity, camaraderie, and giving hearts passing along knowledge, best practices, and valuable resources to one another.

We meet 2x per month about the month’s planned topic, which always focuses on getting better at business. We share past experience, lessons learned, advice, and new ideas to help push each other through business challenges.

We have access to a private community portal with app and desktop options where members have open access to post questions, current challenges, and encouragement. Occasionally we have a guest speaker present.

Membership Criteria

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Our goal is to bring members together in the same general season of business. Some members may be one or two steps ahead. Some members may be one or two steps back. We can all learn from each other and get better at business together.

The criteria for joining the mastermind is as follows:

  • Independent business (meaning you created the core idea and have full discretion over its brand, marketing, and decisions within the business) that has run for six months or longer.

  • Your business idea has been validated. You’re through the proof of concept phase of business and have proof that it’s working through recurring customers and annual income of $10,000 or more.

  • You’re ready to give as much as you receive.

We pulled up a seat for you.

If the above criteria describes you, we can’t wait to hear from you! Please submit the form below.

If you’re looking for a girl gang business community but your business isn’t quite to this season yet, please consider joining the Founding Females Startup Community where you’ll learn everything it takes to grow your business through the proof of concept phase.
